Discover a stunning, cozy women's scarf crafted from a gentle mix of natural fibers. Ideal for brisk weather, it's perfect for mountain getaways and winter activities. The scarf features exquisite traditional Jacquard weaving and meticulous finishing touches, including 3cm fringes at each end. 100% made in Lyon, France.
INSPIRATION

Drawing inspiration from various ethnic motifs and executed in a frieze style, the design achieves a blend of modernity and timelessness. The scarf features a lively color scheme, dominated by tobacco brown and accented with shades of khaki, beige, and yellow.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

The inventive and vibrant blend of tobacco brown with green and yellow endows the scarf with a distinctive appearance that complements nearly any fashion style. It pairs well with traditional green or navy blue coats, as well as anthracite jackets for a timelessly elegant look. For winter sports attire, it can be matched with green or ochre parkas, and it also harmonizes with neutral hues such as brown, grey, or beige.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To wash a scarf made of all-natural materials, it is recommended to hand wash with a detergent designed for low-temperature washing. Avoid soaking it for an extended period. After washing, wrap the scarf in a cotton towel to dry before hanging it up. Iron with steam on a high setting to maintain the natural fibers' fullness. Never put it in the dryer, but dry cleaning is a suitable alternative.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The Jacquard method, used to craft this scarf, intertwines silk warp threads with weft threads of wool, cotton, and silk, following a distinct pattern. The Fabrique d’Écharpe weaving studio employs Jacquard looms for this purpose. Invented by Joseph Marie Jacquard, a native of Lyon, in 1801, the Jacquard loom was the first programmable mechanical system, using punched cards to weave designs with various colored threads. Owing to the weaving expertise passed down since 1880, we now utilize electronically controlled looms that ensure the scarf's production is of exceptional quality, while still honoring the traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving techniques.
