Discover a stunning, cozy, and luxurious women's scarf crafted from a delicate mix of natural fibers. It's the perfect accessory for chilly weather, especially suited for mountain getaways and winter activities. The scarf features exquisite traditional Jacquard weaving and meticulous finishing touches, including 3cm fringes at each end. 100% made in Lyon, France.
INSPIRATION

Drawing inspiration from various ethnic motifs and executed in frieze, the scarf's design is both contemporary and classic. It features a lively color scheme, with orange as the predominant hue, accented by touches of red, pink, and jean.

OUTFIT PAIRING IDEAS

The inventive and vibrant blend of orange, pink and jeans lends the scarf an exceptionally original appearance, making it versatile enough to complement nearly any outfit. It pairs seamlessly with classic black or navy blue coats, as well as anthracite jackets for a sophisticated chic look. For winter sports attire, it matches well with khaki, brown, and purple parkas, and also harmonizes with neutral hues such as brown, grey, or beige.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To swash a scarf made of all natural materials, we advise washing by hand with a detergent made specifically for low temperature washing. Do not let it soak for too long. The scarf can be dried in a cotton towel before putting on a hanger. Iron on high heat with vapor to preserve the volume of the natural fibers. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

TRADITIONALLY MADE

The weaving method used to make this scarf, known as the Jacquard method, involves the interweaving of a silk warp thread with a wool, cotton, and silk weft thread, using a specific pattern. In order to do this, the Fabrique d’Écharpe weaving atelier uses Jacquard looms. The Jacquard loom was developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design by interweaving different colored threads. Thanks to the artisan weaving knowledge transmitted to us from generation to generation since 1880, today we have electronically controlled looms that allow for the scarf to be produced with impeccable quality all while respecting the purest methods of traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving.
