RUSTY, WOOL BLEND SCARF - SPIRE

Inspired by the 1970s and Hippie fashion, the psychedelic design we have chosen is made up of circles which merge into each other to create an original visual effect all while remaining rather conservative in its classic color scheme of gold, orange, chestnut brown, and bordeaux. To swash a stole made of natural materials, we advise washing by hand with a detergent intended for washing at low temperatures. Do not let it soak for too long. Dry it off in a cotton towel before putting on a hanger to dry. Iron on high heat with the vapor function to maintain the natural fibers’ volume. While putting it in the dryer is absolutely out of the question, you can take it in for dry cleaning instead.

All of our Jacquard looms are the product of various evolutions in the weaving methods originally created by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards. Thanks to progress in weaving over time, all of our looms are now electronically controlled, resulting in exceptional quality that is produced much quicker. Thanks to the artisan weaving knowledge transmitted to us from generation to generation since 1880, today we have electronically controlled looms that allow for the scarf to be produced with impeccable quality all while respecting the purest methods of traditional Lyon Jacquard weaving. This large stole is woven a black silk warp thread. The ends of this women’s scarf have small 1cm black fringes. With a fine hem along the lengths, the finish work is very carefully done.
