Based upon different animal skin styles, our designer chose to combine these motifs with playful stripes along the length of the scarf to give it greater depth and add more creativity to this beautiful scarf. This particular warm color palette allows it to be paired with most outfits.

The particular dyes used for this scarf were curated to be paired with white, black, or marine tone clothing. When worn with a beige overcoat, a black raincoat, or a navy blue jacket, the green turquoise and blue of the scarf combine forces to create a very modern, chic look. An absolutely indispensable accessory for when the temperatures begin to drop.

For this particular scarf, we recommend that you wash it by hand. Iron at a low setting and use the vapor feature on your iron to preserve all the natural properties of the fibers that make up the scarf. While you cannot put it in the dryer, taking it to the dry cleaner is permitted.

The Jacquard method used to make this scarf is a weaving method developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design. Thanks to technological advancements over time, our looms are now electronically controlled via very efficient software that allows the scarf to be produced quicker and with a higher level of quality than before. We created this scarf in the purest tradition of Jacquard weaving, resulting in a perfect product thanks to our savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation since 1880. This scarf is woven with a black rayon warp. We wove it width-wise on the loom to bring out all the colors used in the scarf’s cotton threads via mini-fringes at the two ends of the scarf.
