A very geometric pattern, this design combines a wand positioned beneath a herringbone pattern to accentuate the creativity and modernity of the large scarf. To be worn regularly, its style is fashionable, elegant, and timeless.
To complete more urban looks, our Wand stole pairs well with grey suits or navy overcoats. It also adds an elegant, fashionable touch to brown jacket or parka. Easy to wear, this accessory is meant for everyday use.
To wash a scarf made of cashmere and silk, we recommend washing it by hand in tepid water with a detergent intended for natural fibers. Do not let it soak for too long and rinse it until the water runs clear. Dry it off gently in a cotton towel without twisting it. To iron it, use a high setting with the vapor feature in order to maintain the softness of the scarf. Putting it in the dryer is forbidden, but you can take it in for dry cleaning.
The Jacquard method used to make this scarf is a weaving method developed by Lyon-native Joseph Marie Jacquard in 1801, who created the first mechanical system that could be programmed with perforated cards to create a design. Thanks to technological advancements over time, our looms are now electronically controlled via very efficient software that allows the scarf to be produced quicker and with a higher level of quality than before. We stay up to date with the latest technological progress to keep the quality of our work in line with modern standards. We created this scarf in the purest tradition of Jacquard weaving, resulting in a perfect product thanks to our savoir-faire passed down from generation to generation since 1880. The basis of this scarf is a black warp. We wove it lengthwise on our Jacquard looms so that the colors of all the threads used would be joined at the two ends.
